A blend of our Brazilian and Nicaraguan coffees. Creamy, sweet, complex but balanced. The Brazil has boldness that shows up even through added syrups and milk while the Nicaragua adds a fruity, acidic quality to the cup.
This coffee blend was designed to be brewed as espresso but is also quite delightful in other brewing methods like a regular drip-brewer.
